Brady Young
Chris is the Founder and Principal
Investment Manager for Proventus Holdings
and Corinthian Re.
Colby serves as Senior Director with
Corinthian Re.
Brady is the President and CEO of
Strategic Risk Solutions, Inc (SRS) where
he is responsible for the overall strategic
development of the firm. As a founding
member, he led the management buyout of SRS to establish the company as an
independent entity. Prior to joining SRS,
Brady served as a principle with TillinghastTowers Perrin where he managed
the London, Boston, and Toronto risk
management practices. He was responsible
for a variety of risk management
and captive related assignments for
corporations and groups covering a wide
spectrum of risks and industries. Brady
has over 25 years of captive insurance
experience and has worked with US and
European companies in various industries
to assess the need for, and optimize the
role of, their captive insurers. He has been
involved in the formation of numerous
captives and has provided strategic and
operational consulting to these entities.
Chris is also the Managing Director of a
family of specialty reinsurance companies
based in the Cayman Islands and Bermuda.
Prior to his work with Proventus Holdings,
Chris founded and served as Investment
Manager for Lighthouse Ventures I and
Lighthouse Ventures II, Georgia-based
Venture Capital Special Purpose Vehicles
(SPV). Chris is also the Co-Founder and
Managing Director (2000-2012) of IAG
Holdings Limited, a Gibraltar-based small
cap investment banking firm, with offices in
London and Los Angeles. Additionally, Chris
served as a Senior VP and Portfolio Manager
with Merrill Lynch as well as Morgan Stanley
as a Senior VP, holding responsibilities in
both sales and portfolio management.
Chris holds a BA in Finance from Columbia
College. He also completed postgraduate
studies in finance at Princeton and Wharton
School of the University of Pennsylvania.

In his role with Corinthian Re he is
responsible for overall day-to-day
operations.
Before joining Corinthian Re, Colby spent
time with McGriff, Seibels & Williams
(MSW). He was responsible for structuring
and placing Property & Casualty insurance
programs and risk management practices
for large corporations. Additionally, Colby
was a member of the Private Equity Risk
Consulting team with MSW. Prior to MSW
Colby served as a Banking Officer and
Portfolio Manager with BB&T where he
held responsibilities in both sales and
underwriting of a large commercial real
estate portfolio.
Colby holds a BA in Finance and
Management from Mercer University.
this, Tracy Practiced commercial litigation
and business law with several California
base national firms. Tracy and his affiliated
companies have served as both partners
and investors in Corinthian Re/Coastal
Insurance since 2012.
Thomas W. Glasgow
After building his career in various positions
with McDonald’s, Tom served as Executive
VP and Chief Operating Officer (COO) for
their worldwide operations until his recent
retirement. Following his retirement, Tom
has remained active on several boards
including Wells Fargo, Mission St. Joseph
Hospital, Asheville YMCA, University of
North Carolina - Asheville Foundation,
Macon Rescue Mission and the Robins AFB
Museum of Aviation. Tom has also served on
the NSF International, Ann Arbor, MI, Board
of Directors since 1991 and is currently the
Compensation Committee Chair. Tom and
his family office have served as partners and
investors in Corinthian Re/Coastal Insurance
since 2012.
Tracy E. Augustine
Martin Gausvik
Tracy currently serves as the CEO of
Medical Solutions, Inc., a provider of
devices designed to keep patients warm
throughout their surgical procedures, and
MFG ONE, LLC, a medical device developer
and manufacturer located in Northern
Virginia. In addition, Tracy sits on the
Boards of three companies: Apifix, LLC, an
Israel-based spinal device company; Care
Essentials Pty Ltd, an international medical
company with facilities in Australia, India
and the US; and Fziomed, Inc., a California
company with a platform technology for
preventing post-surgery adhesions. Prior to
As a CPA and financial professional with
over 30 years of experience, Marty has
served as the CFO of both public and
private companies, most recently with for
Learfield Communications, based in Dallas,
Texas. He has also served as both Executive
VP and CFO of Atlanta-based Cumulus
Media for nearly a decade. Marty has
extensive board experience having been on
the boards of Xpress Global Systems and
KMC Telcom, as Chairman of the
Audit Committee for both entities.
